Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (hereafter referred to as "Terms") outline the agreement between Celestial Event Management Ltd (hereafter referred to as "the Company" or "we") and any individual or entity (hereafter referred to as "the Client" or "you") engaging the services of the Company for event catering in the United Kingdom. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Service Agreement

2.1 The Company agrees to provide event planning services to the Client as detailed in the confirmed quotation or contract.

2.2 Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated and agreed upon in writing between both parties.

2.3 The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding event detail, budget, dietary requirements, guest count, location, and any other relevant details pertaining to the event.

2.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 The Client agrees to pay the Company within the agreed terms and in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the quotation or contract.

3.2 All prices provided by the Company are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing by the Company.

3.4 Any additional services or expenses incurred during the event that were not previously agreed upon shall be invoiced separately and must be settled within the agreed-upon terms.

3.5 The Company reserves the right to charge late payment fees and interest on overdue payments in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Cancellation and Amendments

4.1 The Client may cancel or amend their booking by providing written notice to the Company. However, please note that cancellation fees may apply as outlined below:

- Cancellation within 30 days of the event date: 50% of the total cost

- Cancellation within 14 days of the event date: 100% of the total cost

4.2 Amendments to the event details, guest count, or any other relevant information must be communicated to the Company as soon as possible. Additional costs may apply for significant changes made within 14 days of the event date.

5. Liability and Damages

5.1 The Company holds public and employer liability insurance. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the event, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

5.2 The Client is responsible for any damages caused by their guests or any third-party engaged by the Client during the event to the equipment or property of the Company.

5.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse service or halt service if the behavior of any individual poses a risk to the safety or well-being of others.

5.4 The Client must notify the Company of any specific health and safety requirements or restrictions at the event venue.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay, breach, or failure to perform their obligations under these Terms to the extent that such delay, breach, or failure is caused by force majeure events including, but not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat any information shared between them as confidential and shall not disclose it to any third-party unless required by applicable laws.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersede any prior oral or written agreements, arrangements, or understandings between the parties.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and shall be binding upon the parties.
